COMMUNITY REHAB/PHYSIO HOME VISIT SERVICE

If you have had an illness, operation, injury or fall, physiotherapy can help restore movement, gain strength and improve your confidence.
We visit you in the comfort of your own home, residential or nursing home, providing a caring physiotherapy service. We can even help with general fitness and confidence with actively ageing as well as help with preparation for joint surgery and support with post-op recovery
We value early physiotherapy intervention to prevent a decline in function and independence. Patients, all too often, are leaving hospital, unable to access high-quality rehab services. Having an effect on their continued recovery and the ability to regain independence. That’s where community physio can help, be it a full service or to bridge the gap between the onset of NHS physio
We treat adults of all ages and you do not need a GP referral for private community physio
